Chicken Cheese Cutlets
Ingredients
500g Chicken
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt as per taste
1 kg Potatoes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tbsp White pepper
¼ tsp Ajwain ( carom seeds)
½ tbsp Crushed Cumin
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Dried Parsley
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Cup Bread Crumbs

Directions
- Boil the Chicken by adding 1 cup water, salt and garlic powder and also boil Potatoes by adding salt to wate
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, add the boiled shredded chicken.
Add the finely chopped onion, coriander crushed,red chilli powder, cumin, white pepper,salt and Ajwain.
Add Parsley and Oregano
Mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly combined - Shape the Cutlets:
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty, add Mozzarella in the center. Repeat the process for the rest of the mixture. - Coating the Cutlets:
Prepare a small bowl of beaten eggs, and a bowl of bread crumbs.
Dip it into the beaten egg, and then coat it with bread crumbs. This will give the cutlets a crispy coating when fried. - Frying the Cutlets:
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, gently place the coated cutlets into the pan. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
Fry the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy. - Serving:
Serve the hot, crispy Chicken Cheese Cutlets with a side of ketchup, green chutney, or your favorite dipping sauce.
