Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk (chilled)

  • 6-8 almonds

  • 5-6 cashews

  • 6-8 pistachios

  • 2-3 dates (seedless)

  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • 2 bananas

Directions

  • Blend: In a blender, add all the dry fruits along with milk and banana. Blend until smooth.
  • Sweeten: Add honey or sugar if needed and blend again.
  • Adjust Consistency: If the milk shake is too thick, add more milk to reach the desired consistency.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass, garnish with pistachios, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!

Tip: You can add a pinch of cinnamon or saffron for extra flavor.
