Dry Fruit Milk Shake
Ingredients
400 ml milk (chilled)
6-8 almonds
5-6 cashews
6-8 pistachios
2-3 dates (seedless)
1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
2 bananas
Directions
- Blend: In a blender, add all the dry fruits along with milk and banana. Blend until smooth.
- Sweeten: Add honey or sugar if needed and blend again.
- Adjust Consistency: If the milk shake is too thick, add more milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass, garnish with pistachios, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!
